Over 16 years media experience. Ben studied marketing at university before joining the FT. After 3 years managing the property team he joined Pure Media and then helped set up Adgenda Media in 2005.

Ben’s client experience includes leading teams on Marriott, Savills, IWG and Berkeley Homes and overseeing global launches for the likes of Battersea Power Station.

Toby is a commercial and results driven strategic marketeer with 20 years’ experience of the marketing process from conceptualisation to execution. Highlights include the brand launch of East Village; the former Olympic Village in Stratford and direct response campaigns for some of the most iconic residential developments in the UK

Regarded as an industry icon Petra has extensive experience in the property and retail sectors having previously set up Osborne Jack Media and later Pure Media.

Michael West

International Director

Michael is an expert in advising clients looking to run global media campaigns aimed at reaching the world’s elite.

Prior to Adgenda, Michael worked at the Financial Times and then Four Communications. Whilst at the FT, Michael helped launch House & Home.

Since joining in 2015, Adgenda has been appointed by a number of clients across Europe, the USA and New Zealand and has a formed a partnership with a New York agency.

Michael’s industry experience includes property, travel, beauty, arts, sports, food and drink and the public sector.

Notable clients include St George, London Square, Quinta do Lago, PGA Catalunya, Knight Frank, Savills, Tourism Melbourne and the ITF (International Tennis Federation).

Sarah Jenkinson

Senior Account Director

A Senior Account Director with over 16 years Sarah works across some of the Agency’s largest accounts. She is equally adept at managing B2B or B2C client campaigns. She has in-depth knowledge of leading teams on global strategies across all media channels.

Previous experience working at the national sales office of a regional press/ radio group. Responsible for servicing large agencies such as Mediacom, Mindshare & Carat working on campaigns for retail brands such as Sainsbury’s & Asda, as well as car companies such as Ford & BMW. Also responsible for growing the property sections across the group.

Committed to increasing client business success, creating fully integrated impactful campaigns, hitting objectives & developing strong working relationships.

Sarah holds a CIM level 3 qualification.

Craig’s role of Digital Director sees him working alongside ami’s client teams and overseeing all phases from initial strategy, through implementation to post-campaign analysis. He’s also the guardian of our proprietary, standalone data management platform – HALO.

His experience extends across a range of sectors including; retail, e-commerce, luxury, property, B2B and charity, with client highlights including Loaf.com, Charles Tyrwhitt, Abel & Cole and Anthony Nolan.

Craig hold a BA degree in Marketing & Management and has gone on to complete qualifications with Google and CIM.

Phillipa Williams is an Account Director, taking lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies. Phillipa has worked across brands such as Johnson & Johnsons, Birdseye, General Motors, Department of Transport and Save the Children; brokering sponsorship deals across all consumer touchpoints to drive business results.

Her experience also includes working across major entertainment clients such as Universal Pictures, Universal Music and E!; determining the best combination of media to achieve their marketing campaign objectives, and implementing those combinations.

She has a passion for building close relationships with clients, to make sure they always feel a priority at ami during every part of the process.

This has included successfully bringing disruptive brands to market and implementing a comprehensive overhaul of strategic approach for a key legacy client

Dan is an experienced account director who specialises in consulting businesses on, and implementing cross-media advertising strategies. He leads a team who work tirelessly to ensure campaigns deliver successfully and smoothly, from initial planning, through to post campaign analysis.

Dan has worked with some internationally renowned real estate companies, such as Knight Frank and Ballymore – delivering both brand and direct response campaigns. His other experience includes working with start-up tech businesses as well as on clients in the airline, travel and interior design sectors.
