Successfully launch W Residences Algarve – the premier W Residences in Europe. With 83 luxury residences on offer, the key objective was to effectively reach potential buyers across pivotal markets for these opulent 1-4 bedroom homes within the upscale W Algarve resort.

Audience

High-net-worth individuals, luxury real estate aficionados, and affluent families eyeing upscale European resort residences.

Strategy

To ensure precise targeting, a multichannel campaign was meticulously devised. The print leg included placements in top-tier pan-regional financial publications, primary market newspapers, and inflight magazines of key regional airlines. On the digital front, we incorporated Google Adwords, sponsored content on prominent social media channels, and a highly effective programmatic display campaign.

The media strategy delivered outstanding results. Not only did we amass high-quality leads across every target market, but a significant portion converted into actual buyers. The initial phase sold out in just three months. The resilience of our strategy was further proven when, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the second phase sold-out.

By May 2022, a mere three years post-launch, the entire project was fully sold, earning the accolade of Europe’s fastest selling branded residences project.
